Information We Collect

This website collects information in one place only: the quote request form on the contact page. That form asks for your name, phone number, email address, project type, and a description of your project.

There are no user accounts on this site, no login, and no password. We do not ask for or process payment details anywhere on this website.

How We Use Your Information

When you submit the form, its contents are sent to us as an email addressed to [email protected], with your email address set as the reply address so we can respond to you directly.

We use what you send only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange work you ask us to do. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.

Hosting and Server Logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, Cloudflare may record standard technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. That logging is part of Cloudflare’s infrastructure rather than something this site configures, and we do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

Cookies and Analytics

This website sets no cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on the site: it counts page views and basic performance figures without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without following you to other sites, and we see aggregate numbers only rather than anything identifying you.

If you tap one of the phone links, that tap may be counted as an anonymous event in the same aggregate figures. No name, number, or other personal detail is attached to it.

Apart from that, we run no advertising pixels and no other third-party tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site itself rather than from an outside provider.

If any of this changes, this section will be updated before the change goes live.

Third Parties

Resend delivers the quote form email to us. Your form submission passes through their service in order to reach our inbox.

Cloudflare hosts the site, as described above.

The footer links to our Instagram profile. Following that link takes you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy and its own tracking. Nothing is shared with Instagram unless you choose to click through.

Data Retention

Quote request emails stay in our email account so we have a record of the work discussed. TODO: the business owner should decide how long enquiry emails are kept before deletion, and that period should be stated here.

Minnesota Privacy Law

Minnesota has a state privacy law, the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act. Whether and how it applies to a business depends on that business’s size and activities, which is a question for the business owner and their legal counsel rather than something this page decides.
